Exient Boost is a service operated by Exient Publishing Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. We provide embedded game development teams and staff augmentation services to game studios.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through exientboost.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to individuals who interact with exientboost.com, including studio leads, producers, CTOs, and other representatives of game studios who contact us to enquire about our services. We process data on a business-to-business (B2B) basis and do not target consumers.

Third-Party Tools & Data Processors

HubSpot

Contact form submissions are sent to and stored in HubSpot CRM (HubSpot, Inc., USA). HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses. HubSpot's privacy policy is available at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors from LinkedIn interact with the site. This sets a cookie and collects data including IP address, device, and page events. You can opt out of LinkedIn tracking at linkedin.com/psettings.

Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (Google LLC, USA) to protect against spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis. This processing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
